Badge in Service Management
Business students are facing increasing demands to apply quality and service operations management tools across all areas of business. This badge is designed to expose students to planning, control, and design of service operations and integrated systems for the continuous improvement of process and product quality. As several of our students work in the service industry after graduation, the badge is geared to assist students to obtain the necessary expertise and skills to improve organization's health and performance of both front-end and back-end service operations. Students will also synthesize, prepare, and present solutions in quality and service operations to external constituents. Badge will be offered only at the undergraduate level.
