SPA 450 - Modern Spanish Novel
Study of the novel in 19th and 20th century Spain. Special emphasis on the realists and the generation of 1898. Offered fall semester of odd-numbered years. Prerequisites: C or better in all of the core curriculum (SPA 300, either SPA 301 or SPA 302, SPA 309, and SPA 330) and one of SPA 315, SPA 331, or SPA 332.
