PNH 651 - Revenue Cycle Leadership
Provides an understanding of how to lead a healthcare organization's three phases of the revenue cycle process (pre-service, time-of-service, post-service) while ensuring the patient's customer service, financial planning, and payment needs are balanced with the organization's billing and revenue collection requirements. Offered fall semester. Prerequisites: PNH 630 and PNH 632.
