PLS 205 - How Change Happens: The Art and Science of Public Policy

This course examines both the art and science behind how meaningful policy change is conceived, fought for, and ultimately implemented or blocked. Students will gain an understanding of contemporary policy issues in the United States and the role of values and ideas in the policy-making process. Prerequisite: PLS 102 or junior standing.
