PAS 582 - Evidence-based Medicine I

This is the first course in a series of three evidence-based medicine courses. It introduces students to evidence-based medicine and research design, while emphasizing the examination of the best available evidence as a basis for clinical decision-making. Students will develop the skills to perform medical literature searches yielding evidence-based results. Offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Admission to the physician assistant studies program.
