PAS 552 - Physician Assistant Practice Issues II

This second course in a four-semester sequence explores patient-centered care, healthcare quality, professional conduct, and the business of healthcare. Students examine social determinants, cultural competency, ethical responsibilities, and health disparities while fostering accountability, patient safety, and collaboration. The course prepares students to deliver equitable care across diverse populations. Offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Admission to physician assistant studies program.
