NUR 788 - Care Transitions & Interprofessional Practice for NPs

This course prepares nurse practitioner students to manage health care transitions and interprofessional practice for individuals and populations with complex health care needs. Learners synthesize clinical and systems knowledge to: coordinate care; demonstrate leadership; apply health technologies; and design equitable, person-centered strategies that promote continuity, safety, and quality. Offered winter semesters. Prerequisite: NUR 786. Corequisite: NUR 789.
