NUR 787 - NP II: Clinical Practicum

Learners apply advanced nurse practitioner competencies in precepted clinical settings, managing complex care, leading interprofessional teams, and improving outcomes within their specified population focus. Students demonstrate competence in patient-centered care, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and inter-professional collaboration consistent with the APRN role through direct care, documentation, and faculty-guided evaluations. Offered fall semesters. Prerequisites: NUR 716, NUR 785, NUR 784. Corequisites: NUR 718, NUR 786.
