NUR 786 - Diagnosis & Management of Health Conditions II

This course advances students' competencies in managing health conditions. Learners synthesize diagnostic reasoning, therapeutic decision-making, and evidence-based strategies to develop and evaluate person-centered care plans for individuals with multifaceted health needs. Emphasis is placed on demonstrating competency in implementing therapeutic interventions and engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes. Offered fall semester. Prerequisite: NUR 784. Corequisite: NUR 787.
