NUR 446 - Community Health and Mental Health Theory
This course builds knowledge of the roles of community health nursing in various settings, caring for individuals and aggregates, from culturally diverse backgrounds, across developmental stages, and along the health/illness continuum. The nursing process facilitates applying concepts of the human experience of mental health and illness through the lifespan. Offered winter and summer semesters. Prerequisites: NUR 306, NUR 307, NUR 305, and either NUR 336 or NUR 356. Corequisites: NUR 445 and NUR 447.
