NUR 422 - Leadership Theory
This course provides students with essential knowledge, skills, and perspectives for effective nursing leadership. It covers leadership theories and strategies for leading and collaborating with diverse teams enhancing students' ability to inspire and manage individuals and teams to improve patient care outcomes. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisite: NUR 406. Corequisite: NUR 424.
