NUR 429 - Nursing Care for Populations

Students will deepen their understanding and application of public health principles in assessing and planning care for a given population or geographic area, incorporating principles of genetics and person-centered care. Additional topics include disaster management and educating populations in a linguistic and culturally sensitive manner. Offered fall semester. Prerequisites: NUR 382, NUR 383, and NUR 427.
