NUR 343 - Obstetrics Clinical
In this course, students apply obstetric nursing principles in clinical settings. They focus on family-centered care, effective communication, care coordination, and patient safety. Through hands-on experiences, students will enhance clinical judgment and professional maturity while implementing evidence-based practices to support obstetrical patients and their families. Graded credit/no-credit. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisite: NUR 307 or NUR 313. Corequisite: NUR 342.
