HTM 235 - Managing Tourism and Recreation Experiences

Explore how memorable tourism and recreation experiences are created and managed. This introductory course examines marketing, entrepreneurship, travel psychology, e-commerce, and operations through real-world examples. Students will learn how businesses and community organizations design experiences that inspire, engage, and generate economic and social impact in today's tourism and recreation industries.
