FIT 111 - Couch to 5K
This course provides the knowledge of training methods and the opportunity to apply this toward preparation for a 5K road race even for non-runners. Students will learn to balance training and recovery, running physiology, nutrition, and tapering needed for successful participation in all seasons of life. Graded credit/no-credit. Offered fall semester.
