CMB 330 - Craving Caffeine

Humans have been consuming coffee, tea, and chocolate for thousands of years for their neurobiological effects. The effects of this consumption of caffeine and co-occurring compounds on social, psychological, and biological health will be examined. How these compounds are manipulated by their preparation will also be investigated. Offered Fall and Winter semesters. Prerequisites: Junior standing and completion of the Life Sciences General Education requirement.
