CYB 456 - Reverse Engineering and Malware Analysis
Software reverse engineering including analysis techniques and disassembly algorithms. Component life cycle and the impact of the security of system components on the security of the whole system. Malware analysis techniques including the application of software reverse engineering to malware analysis and common methods used to protect malware against reverse engineering. Dual-listed with CYB 556. Offered winter semester. Prerequisites: CYB 241 and CYB 258.
