CAP 213 - Social Media and Crisis Communication
This course prepares students to manage social media crises by combining theory with industry practice. Emphasizing social media's role as both trigger and solution, students explore preparation, response, and recovery. Through case studies and strategic messaging exercises, they apply crisis communication theories across diverse platforms in today's media environment. Offered winter semester. Prerequisite: CAP 105 or permission of instructor.
