ARA 304 - Arabic Food Culture
This course examines the cultural and linguistic contexts associated with food in the Arab world. Not only does this course build the vocabulary and structures related to Arabic food, it also offers practical hands-on opportunities to learn about ordering, buying, and cooking Arabic food. Offered fall semester every other year. Prerequisites: ARA 202.
