ACC 670 - The Accounting Profession

This course prepares graduates for the accounting profession by exploring the creation of accounting and tax information for management, investors, and stakeholders in the context of assurance services, organizational management, regulatory compliance, and user-specific needs. Emphasizes decision-making, application of relevant guidance, teamwork, non-technical skills, and collaboration with business professionals. Offered Winter and Summer semesters. Prerequisites: Successful completion of any 12 credit hours of graduate accounting courses.
