ACC 612 - The Accountant's Legal Environment & Ethics
An intensive course in business law with emphasis on those subjects that relate to the accountant's legal environment, for example: legal liability, accountant's regulatory requirements and codes of conduct, contracts, employment law, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, quality health care plans, suretyship, secured transactions, bankruptcy, agency, and business organizations. Prerequisites: Admission to the Combined B.B.A./M.S.A. or M.S.A. program.
