ACC 604 - Controllership and Forecasting

Managerial accounting provides incentives for management control and the process by which managers assure that resources are obtained and used effectively and efficiently in the accomplishment of the organization's objectives. The course topics include: strategy, management control systems, responsibility accounting, planning, performance evaluation, management compensation, and controllership. Offered Fall and Winter semesters. Prerequisites: ACC 321 or equivalent.
