STA 115 - Preparatory Statistics
Introduction to topics covered in STA 215 and STA 225, including type and role of variables, descriptive and graphical summaries, and basic confidence intervals. Appropriate for students needing additional preparation for STA 215 or STA 225. Does not count toward statistics major or Mathematical Sciences category of general education requirements. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisites: MTH 110 or by permit.
