HCC 402 - User Experience Research

Exploration of user research methods such as semi-structured interviewing, focus groups, and surveys, used to identify and understand a target user base and its interactions with existing technologies. Through hands-on projects, students learn to create research plans, collect and analyze user data, and generate actionable insight for technology design. Offered fall and winter semesters. Dual-listed with HCC 502. Prerequisites: STA 301 and junior standing.
