FRE 323 - (Post-) Revolutionary French and Francophone Literatures

his course is a survey of French and Francophone literatures of the 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries. It examines the profound societal changes after the French revolution and their influence on literature. Offered fall semester in even-numbered years. Prerequisites: C or better in all core curriculum courses (FRE 315, FRE 317, and FRE 318) or permission of instructor.
