MGT 334 - Employment and Labor Law

This course explores and analyzes the primary employment and labor laws affecting management and employees within a business organization. It includes an overview of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment processes, policies, procedures, and practices. International employment laws may be addressed for comparison purposes. Prerequisite: Admitted to Seidman College of Business or by permit.
