MTH 305 - Mathematical Modeling

Introduction to the mathematical modeling process. Students will gain experience in the construction, computational implementation, and analysis of mathematical models arising from various applications. Models will be developed in mathematical contexts including linear algebra, calculus, discrete dynamical systems, and differential equations. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisites: CIS 161 or CIS 162; and MTH 302 or MTH 304; (304 may be taken concurrently).
