PT 684 - Advanced Topics: Sports Physical Therapy
In-depth, evidence-based study of examination, evaluation and intervention related to sports physical therapy. Includes anatomical, physiological, and biomechanical approaches to understanding and management of sport-related injury and surgery for multiple sports and clients. Focus on prevention and wellness in susceptible populations. Graded credit/no-credit. Offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Successful completion of all previously required courses in the D.P.T. curricular sequence or licensed as a physical therapist.
