HST 240 - A History of East Asia to 1800
Introduces major themes of the history of East Asia (China, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam) from prehistory to 1800. Explores cultural interactions among East Asian countries as well as their indigenous cultural traits. Some basic skills, such as critical reading and writing, will also be practiced.
