CD 520 - Supervised Practice: Food Management Systems

This course provides hands-on experiential learning in a variety of food service delivery systems. Students will rotate through several different food systems during this class including acute care, long-term care, schools, or community feeding programs. Each placement will address specifically assigned competencies. Offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Admission to the clinical dietetics program. Corequisite: CD 516.
