PLS 320 - Comparative Politics of the Middle East

This course presents a survey of current Middle East comparative politics. Students will be introduced to the most salient political issues in the Middle East. It will focus on examining the region's political institutions, actors, regime types, gender politics, political economy, civil society organizations, and political processes. Offered fall semester.
