ENG 220 - British Literature I
A survey of early British literature from Beowulf in the old English period through Chaucer in the middle English period, and such authors as Spenser, Marlowe, Shakespeare, Jonson, Donne, and Milton in the Renaissance. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisite: Fulfillment of general education Foundations - Writing.
