SI 600 - Cultures of Social Innovation

This foundational course introduces students to diverse interdisciplinary perspectives and models for social innovation. Students learn to identify and evaluate structural inequalities and power relationships across a variety of sectors (for-profit, non-profit, and governmental). They will develop a vocabulary for engaging with diverse communities and explore models of community engagement. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisite: Admission to M.A. in social innovation.
