PA 650 - Health Administration, Services, & Policy

This is an overview of current U.S. healthcare organizational leadership, types, and trends including comparison of current management, organization theories, and global health systems. Health care public policy-making is analyzed and described emphasizing the historical, philosophical, and political aspects of public policy including policy development, analysis, and constituent advocacy. Course offered fall semester. Prerequisite: Admission to the Master of Public Health program.
