MTH 302 - Linear Algebra and Differential Equations

Matrix algebra and determinants. Introduction to the theory of differential equations. Methods of solution (including Laplace transform techniques) of linear equations, as well as some special types of nonlinear equations. Applications in physical, biological, and social sciences. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisite: MTH 203.
