MGT 432 - Grievance Administration, Arbitration, and Collective Bargaining

Problems and issues in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements in the public and private sectors. Grievance procedures and arbitration under a union contract. The resolution of disputes over wages, seniority, work assignments, and other common employment relations will be covered. Prerequisites: MGT 334 and admitted to Seidman College of Business or by permit.
