FIT 110 - Yoga II

This advanced course builds upon previously learned basic yoga postures that will strengthen the body, relax and balance the nervous system, and increase concentration of the mind. Postures, breathing techniques, and meditations will be applied to daily lives to improve health and reduce stress. Course is graded credit/no credit.
