EDR 635 - Sociolinguistics: Language, Society, and Schooling

Examines the role that social interactions and cultural traditions play in language, learning, and schooling with a specific focus on issues surrounding diversity, individual and cultural identity and values, and the relationship between home and school language. Course offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Admission to a College of Education graduate program.
