CJ 602 - Legal and Ethical Issues

Provides students an opportunity to analyze the impact of constitutional, statutory, case, and administrative law on all segments of the criminal justice system. Ethical principles and professional standards are also studied. Offered fall semester of even-numbered years. Prerequisite: Admission to a GVSU graduate program or permission of the MCJ graduate program coordinator.
