CD 520 - Supervised Practice: Food Management Systems

This course provides hands-on experiential learning in a variety of food service delivery systems. Students will rotate through several different food systems during this class including acute care, long term care, schools, or community feeding programs. Each placement will address specifically assigned competencies. Course offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Admission to the clinical dietetics program. Corequisite: CD 516.
