BMS 540 - Molecular Ecology of Infectious Disease

Molecular ecology of infectious disease provides students with instruction in the core techniques of molecular population genetics, molecular phylogenetics, molecular biology, genomics, and bioinformatics in order to answer questions dealing with the ecology and epidemiology of human pathogens. Offered winter semester. Prerequisite: Graduate standing or permission of instructor.
