PA 670 - International NGO Management

Theory and cases in international nongovernmental organizations (INGO) management. Analysis of various types and various roles played by INGOs. Relationship between INGOs and other actors in international development such as multilateral and bilateral donors, host governments, local NGOs and local communities. Resource generation and management. Assessment and improvement of INGO performance. Offered winter and spring/summer semesters. Prerequisite: PA 520 or permission.
