NUR 691 - Evidence-Based Practice in Nursing

This course focuses on the review, analysis, synthesis, and application of scientific evidence for nursing and health care. Emphasis is placed on integrative and systematic reviews as tools to achieve evidence-based practice. Consideration is given to the ethical, legal, cultural, and financial implications of evidence-based advanced nursing practice. Prerequisites: NUR 606, NUR 690, STA 610.
