MGT 360 - Business Process Redesign
This course explores business processes and their place in the modern business organization. It will emphasize concepts, techniques, methods and skills needed to identify, analyze, and redesign business processes. Business Process Redesign software will be used extensively. Offered fall semester. Prerequisites: MGT 268 and admitted to Seidman College of Business or by permit.
