LS 495 - Legal Thought (Capstone)

Explores the philosophy, politics, and ethics of law and legal reasoning. Study of the major schools of thought that have informed jurisprudence in the United States and its modern critiques. Familiarity with the fundamentals of legal reasoning and the structure and operation of the legal system will be assumed. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisites: LS 201, LS 324, and senior standing.
