HST 632 - A History of Brazil
Larger than the continental United States, Brazil offers much to the study of the modern world. The course uses Brazilian history from 1500 to the present to examine major questions that continue to perplex analysts of the human condition. Course requires no prior knowledge of the history of Brazil. Offered every other year.
