HIM 320 - Applications of Organizational Planning for Health Information Management
Introduction to techniques involved in the departmental strategic and project planning processes in HIM, along with supply chain management specific to health care facilities. In addition, the techniques of benchmarking and evidence-based practice for quality improvement will be discussed. Course offered fall semester. Prerequisite: HIM 301.
