FIT 156 - Zumba

Zumba is a fusion of body sculpting movements focusing on Latin music. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. This course provides students with the opportunity to learn Zumba skills incorporating interval and resistance training to improve muscle tone. Offered fall and winter semesters.
