FIT 109 - Yoga I

This course introduces the basic yoga posture and breathing techniques that will facilitate the development of union. The purpose of yoga is to bring about the union of different aspects of self, such as: unity of body, breath and mind, and to awaken a renewed sense of balance and harmony. Course is graded credit/no credit.
