ENG 668 - Second Language Assessment
An examination of the basic concepts in language testing, with special focus on K-12 and adult learners of English as a second language. Areas of coverage include test selection, evaluation, development, and application. Both qualitative and quantitative methods will be addressed, though the latter are the primary concern. Required of those seeking Michigan ESL endorsement. Offered fall semester. Prerequisite: Completion of ENG 660 or equivalent.
